Policy

I hereby acknowledge and affirm that it is improper and illegal to seek or attempt to seek to charge a higher price to a consumer once said consumer expresses his or her interest in seeking financing to pay for any portion or all of the additional costs associated with arranging for and purchasing the contract. Bank will not purchase contracts were increased pricing has been passed on to the consumer to cover a portion or all of the transaction costs related to said financing and in the event of such occurrence, Bank shall reserve the right to immediately terminate this relationship and/or Agreement.
